Our mission is to provide valuable services to you that are affordable, personalized and timely. We meet with most of our business clients monthly without charge; this allows us to stay involved in their business as circumstances change throughout the year and timely assist with on-going strategic planning that is critical to any business. Our focus of planning and consulting allows us to better know our clients, develop a strong business relationship and deliver the type of premier tax planning and business guidance that improves profitability, improves productivity, minimizes business risks and minimizes your tax liability. We are passionate about helping you, your family and your business. We are committed to being a partner in helping you reach your goals. We are also activity involved in our community through a number of charitable organizations.
Each professional attends at least 30 hours of continuing education every year on the latest tax laws, tax changes, tax trends and tax tactics as well as at least 10 hours per year on accounting and business systems and business trends.
We have top notch tax and business research tools to tackle any tax problem or analysis. We have one of the best tax processing platforms to prepare and file all of your federal, state and local tax returns.
Stan Sikorski, Principal
Most recently Stan was the CFO of a long-time client whose business units included a global intellectual property holding company, a licensing company of major toy products, an international brand start-up toy company, a regional commercial/residential real estate holding company and a regional land holding and land development company. He was the co-founder of a consulting firm providing services of strategic planning, investment banking, tax management, tax planning and business consulting, he was a senior tax manager of a regional CPA firm that provided tax planning, tax compliance and tax preparation for small to medium sized companies and high-net worth individuals, trusts and estates and he was the senior tax manager of a publicly traded media and entertainment conglomerate which owned over 20 television and radio stations nationwide, worldwide film distributorships, theatrical production studios and theme parks. He attended Xavier University with a concentration of study in accounting and finance, is admitted to practice and represent taxpayers before the IRS as well as all state and local jurisdictions, is a member of several professional associations and is active in a number of charitable organizations including Assumption Catholic Church Finance Committee, the St. Vincent de Paul Society and the Boy Scouts of America Troop 106. Stan and his wife Tina moved to the Jacksonville area in 1997 and are blessed with three sons.
Shelley Gill Cain, Office Manager/Director of Client Services
Most recently Shelley was the in-house bookkeeper for a regional environmental engineering firm for over 29 years. She has extensive QuickBooks experience, extensive full-charge bookkeeping skills including payroll processing and payroll compliance, processing accounts receivable and bank deposits, processing accounts payable and is proficient in a number of software platforms including PowerPoint. She attended Jones Business College, is member of the PTA and involved in a variety of athletic and community organizations. Shelley is a native of Jacksonville and she and her husband are blessed with two children.
